Drawing as a Meditation

Drawing is can be an act of meditation, it has become an important daily routine - especially in Spring and Autumn. Going outside early in the morning with the sunlight or in the evening to draw/sketch nature is calming. You can lose yourself in mark-making, embrace the present by focusing on the lines of the earth in front of you. There is nothing more grounding than feeling small against the might of Mother Earth.
